LIAM DARREN ABBOTT

19 years old, Liam Darren ABBOTT of Arkwright Close., Winsford appeared before the court on 26 July 2005. He was made sunject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order for 5 years following complaints of drunkenness, threatening behaviour, damage, assault and other matters.

The Order restricts Abbott from:

  • Entering any part of the Over Estate or Greenfields Estate, otherv than Grampion Way and Arkwright Close.
  • Using any threatening, abusive, insulting words to anyone anywhere in England and Wales, in particular the police and employeees of Weaver Vale Housing Trust.
  • Behaving in a threatening, violent or abusive way to anyone in England and Wales, in particular the police and employeees of Weaver Vale Housing Trust.
  •  Damaing, threatening or attempting to damage any property belonging to anyone aywhere in England and wales.
  • Cause physical harm or endanger other persons anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Knowingly commiting, or attempt to commit any criminal offence anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Being in possession of an unopened vessel containing alcohol in a public place or being intoxicated in a public place anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Being found at any time in the company of more than 2 persons in the open air in a public place anywhere in England and Wales, save for immediate family members.
  • Associating with a list of 15 named persons, save for immediate family members.
  • Being found at any time in possession of a metal bar, golf club or any other implement of a similar nature, which can be used as a weapon in a public place anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Using any item of clothing to cover, whether in part, or in full, his face whilst in a public place anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Interfering or communicating directly or indirectly with any person whose evidence has been lodged at Court in these proceedings.
  • Being in possession of fireworks anywhere in England and Wales.

The Order is to remain in force until further order.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
