19 years old, Marc Terrence Ashbrook of Rudheath, Northwich appeared before Chester Crown Court on 9 August 2005. He was made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order

The Order restricts Ashbrook's behaviour.The conditions are:

Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
Using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place.

The Order is to remain in force until further order.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.
