KYLE BANNAGHAN

17 years old, Kyle Colin BANNAGHAN of Gladstone St., Winsford appeared before the court on 22 Spetember2004. He was charged with a serious assault and sentenced to a period of detention. He was also made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order

The Order restricts Bannaghan's behaviour.The conditions are:

  • Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
  • Threatening himself or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property.
  • Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with the victim.
  •  Entering the Over Recreation Ground, without prior consent of the duty police inspector

The Order is to remain in force until further order.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
