Derek Ditchfield

17 years old, Derek Ditchfield of Siddorn St., Winsford appeared before the court on 24 November 2003. He has been a significant source of anti-social behaviour in the Winsford area for several months.

The Order restricts Ditchfield's behaviour.The conditions are:

  • Using violence or threatening to use violence against any person anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Using any threatening, abusive or insulting words to anyone anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Behaving in a threatening, abusive or insulting way to anyone anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Taking, damaging or threatening or attempting to take or damage any property belonging to another anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Being found in any public place in England and Wales in the company of any of certain named persons.
  • Associating with four or more persons in a public place in England and Wales, unless such association is in connection with the Defendant's employment.
  • Committing or attempting to commit any criminal offence anywhere in England and Wales.
  • Approaching, harassing, interfering or communicating directly or indirectly with any person whose evidence has been lodged at Court in these proceedings.

           AND Finally

  •  Entering any part of the areas of Winsford as identified on the plan provided to the Court. There are four predominantly residential areas of exclusion:

The area within the boundaries of Oakmere Road, Swanlow Lane, Darnhall School Road, Glebe Green Drive, Wolvesley Place and Mount Pleasant Drive.

The area within the boundaries of Oakmere Road, St Johns Drive, Carlisle Close and Delamere Street.

The area within the boundaries of Delamere Street, Nixon Drive, Saxon Crossway/Brindley Avenue, Pulford Road and Tatton Close.

The area within the boundaries of Swanlow Lane, St Georges Road, Queensway, Ways Green, Gladstone Street and Townfields Road.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
