Ross Garner

22 years old, Ross Garner of Winsford appeared before the court on 10 January 2005. He was made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order from that date until 11 January 2010.

The Order restricts Garner's behaviour.The conditions are:

Act or incite or encourage others to act in an anti-social manner.
Threaten or incite or encourage others to engage in violence or cause damage
Use or encourage others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive , threatening or intimidating language
Associate with certain named persons
Drink or be found in possession of alcohol in any public place other than licensed premises.
Be found drunk in a public place.
Congregate in a group of 3 or more
Drive, start up or use any mechanically propelled vehicle or engine in a public place.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
