ADRIAN HAMILTON

20 years old, Adrian Hamilton of The Crescent, Weaverham appeared before the Chester Crown Court on 11 January 2005. He was charged with racial abuse, causing racially aggravated damage, and criminal damage. He was made subject of an ASBO to remain in force for 4 years.

The Order restricts Hamilton's behaviour.The conditions are:

  • Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
  • Threatening himself or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property.
  • Using himself or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place.
  • Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with the witnesses.
  •  Entering an exclusion zone namely the area known as Northwich Road Shops, Weaverham, without prior consent of the duty police inspector.
  • Entering or loitering within Walnut Avenue, Weaverham.
  • Inciting or encouraging others to commit or attempt to commit criminal damage
  • Drinking or being found in possession of alcohol in any public place.

The Order is to remain in force until further order.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
