ASBOs

Kayleigh HODGESON


This 18 years old from 20 Grampian Way, Winsford recently appeared before the court on 10 August 2004 and was made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order due to her significant anti-social behaviour.

The Interim ASBO will remain in force until 9 August 2009.

The Order contains a number of binding conditions, breach of any of which may
result in arrest as an Arrestable Offence.

The conditions are:

The Court orders that the Defendant be prohibited within England and Wales from:

1. Acting, herself, or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner,
that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment alarm
or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.

2. Threatening, herself, or inciting or encouraging other to engage in
violence or damage to any person or property.

3. Using foul, abusive insulting or threatening words or behaviour to any
person.

4. Drinking or being found in possession of alcohol in a public place.

5. Purchasing alcohol for any person under the age of 18.

6. Carrying a golf club, hammer or other offensive weapon in public.

7. Entering educational premises without the prior written permission of the
Education Authority or loitering with 25 metres of such premises.

8. Entering Weaver Vale Housing Trust Officers without the prior written
permission of Weaver Vale Housing Trust or loitering within 25 metres of such
premises.

9. Entering either of the 2 exclusion zones the Mount Pleasant Estate and Greenfields.

10. Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or
indirectly with the witnesses in this application.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.
