PETER SIMON ILLIDGE
23 years old, Peter Siomon Illidge appeared before the court on 22 December 2005. He was made sunject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order for 5 years following a number of complaints of abuse, threatening behaviour and criminal offences.
The Order restricts Illidge from:
- Acting in an anti-social manner, or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
- Threatening violence or damage, or engaging in acts of violence or damage, or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property.
- Using foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place, or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place.
- Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with witnesses in the case.
- Associating with a named individual in any place to which the public has access within an exclusion zone that includes Lostock Gralam.
- entering an area which includes the fields of Lostock Gralam.
- Making excessive noise, or inciting or encouraging others to make excessive noise.
- Congregating in a group of more than 4 persons upon the public highway or in a public open space other than for the purposes of spectating or playing at an organised sporting event, or taking part in or as part of the audience of any other organised public event, or when carrying out a job of work for which he is receiving a legitimate income.
- Driving or riding in or on any mechanically propelled vehicle on a public footpath, pavement or green area.
- Driving or riding in or on any mechanically propelled vehicle, or being carried in or on any mechanically propelled vehicle which has been unlawfully taken, or is being driven by a person not licensed to drive or disqualified from driving.
- Driving or using a mechanically propelled vehicle upon the public highway, or in any public place in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distree to the general public.
- Entering, drivin or riding on any mechanically propelled vehicle other than as a fare paying or lawful passenger. Should he obtain a driving licence whilst this Order is in force then he may enter, drive or ride on a mechanically propelled vehicle provided that the vehicle is owned by him or that he has obtained the express permission of the vehicle owner to use that vehicle.
- Driving or racing any mechanically propelled vehicle at excessive speed, or inciting or encouraging others to drive or race any mechanically propelled vehicle at excessive speed.
The Order is to remain in force for 5 years.
Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.
Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
