Scott Ian MacGlynn


17 years old, Scott Ian McGlynn of Arkwright Close, Winsford appeared before the court on 6th April. He has been a significant source of anti-social behaviour in the Winsford area for several months.

The Order restricts McGlynn's behaviour until 31 May 2009.

The conditions are:

1. Acting himself or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household;

2. Threatening himself or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property;

3. Using himself or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place;

4. Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with witnesses

5. Associating with certain named persons in any place to which the public has access;

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
