ASBOsRebecca Murphy Rebecca Ann Francesca Murphy age 32, of Townfields Cottages, Winsford, Cheshire was found to have caused harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as herself. That she subjected neighbours to noise nuisance by loud playing of amplified music in a manner and at times which caused distress to one or more persons, by arguing loudly and violently, by holding noisy parties or being noisy with visitors to the property, by making aggressive and abusive comments to one or more persons not of the same household as herself and by encouraging others to do so also, by allowing the accumulation of household waste at the property, causing harassment and distress to others. The terms of her ASBO restrict her from: (1) Engaging in any conduct which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person living in or visiting the locality identified in the area bounded in red on the map attached hereto; (2) Causing or permitting noise levels emanating from the property (or within the curtilage of the property) to be at a level which causes or is likely to cause distress, disturbance, annoyance or upset to any person in the locality identified in the area bounded in red on the map attached hereto; (3) Using or engaging in any abusive, insulting, offensive, violent, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in the property or in the locality identified in the area bounded in red on the map attached hereto; (4) Damaging or interfering with the property of others or threatening or attempting to do so, or damaging or interfering with the premises of others or threatening or attempting to do so (save for any case where the conduct of the Defendant falls within the ambit of any prior express permission freely given by the owner of the said property or premises -in such circumstances the conduct shall be excluded from the terms of this order); (5) Consuming or possessing alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol outside the property or in the locality identified in the area bounded in red on the map attached hereto; (6) Associating with a certain named person in the property or in the locality identified; (7) Accumulating household waste outside the property or in the locality identified, save to the extent that it may be necessary to leave household rubbish outside the property in adequately sealed bin bags for up to 24 hours prior to the usual day for collection of such rubbish by Vale Royal Borough Council; (8) Inciting or encouraging any person to engage in any of the acts described in paragraphs 1-7 above. © Copyright 2002, Vale Royal Community Safety Partnership. |
