ROBERT STOREY

26 years old, Robert Storey of Pulford Road, Winsford appeared before the court on 9 May 2006. He was made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order

The Order restricts Storey's behaviour.The conditions are:

  • Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household.
  • Threatening or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property.
  • Using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language of behaviour in any public place.
  • Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with named witnesses.
  •  Entering an exclusion zone or the Grange, Over and Greenfields Park estate as specified by the Court.
  • Associating with named individuals in any place to which the public has access.
  • Drinking from or being in possession of an unsealed container of alcohol in any public place, save and except for licensed premises.
  • From loitering outside the home address between the hours of 9pm and 8am without the prior written consent of the Duty Inspector.
  • Using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour towards any person whatsoever within the area of England and Wales, whereby the recipient of such behaviour would be likely to fear immediate unlawful violence
  • Throwing anything at any building or person, or encouraging others to do so, or associating with others engaged in such behavior
  • Congregating in a group of 4 or more people(such a number to include the defendant) upon the public highway or in a public or open space other thanfor the purposes of spectating or playing at an organised sporting event or taking part in or as part of the audience at any other organised public event.

The Order is to remain in force for 5 years.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
