ASBOs

Mark Andrew Tyrer


Mark Tyrer, 28 yrs., of The Crescent, Weaverham, was subject to an ASBO following a conviction for theft and abusive conduct on 9 Sept 03; the ASBo lasts until further notice.

The Order restricts Tyrer's behaviour from the following:

1. Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons no of the same household.

2. Using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place.

3. Committing or attempting to commit a criminal offence.

4. Inciting or encouraging others to commit a criminal offence.

5. Entering or loitering within 20 metres of:

                                    a)            Co-op Store, Northwich Road, Weaverham.

                                    b)            Co-op Store, Lydett Lane, Barnton, Northwich.

                                    c)            Co-op Store, School Lane, Hartford.

                                    d)            Co-op Store, Moulton.

                  e)            Spar Store, Cheviot Square, Winsford.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
