FIONA WASHINGTON

16 years old, Fiona Washington of Moulton appeared before Northwich Court on 23 November 2005. She was made subject of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order

The Order restricts Washington's behaviour.The conditions are:

  • 1.  Acting or inciting or encouraging others to act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one of more persons not of the same household;

    2. Threatening or inciting or encouraging others to engage in violence or damage against any person or property;

    3. Using or encouraging others to use foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening or intimidating language or behaviour in any public place;

    4. Approaching, threatening, intimidating or communicating directly or indirectly with nine named witnesses.

    5. Associating with named persons in any place to which the public has access:

    6. Consuming alcohol or illegal substances or behaving in a disorderly manner in a public place;

    7. Using or being in possession of any alcohol or controlled drug (as defined by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971) in a public place or within view of any public place;

    8. Congregating in a group of 3 or more people (such a number to include the Defendant) upon the public highway or in a public open space other than for the purposes of spectating or playing at an organised sporting event, or taking part in or as part of the audience of any other organised public event;

    9. Being in possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

    10. Entering Regent Street and Chapel Lane, Moulton which includes the Moulton Chinese Takeaway

    11. Entering playing fields and activity playing area off Main Road, Moulton including the access from School Lane Moulton and the footpath from Summerfield Drive and Harvest close.

    12. Entering the property of Northwich Railway station except to attend Entry to Employment (E2E) or when accompanied by a parent.

     

The Order is to remain in force for 2 years.

Any breach of the above conditions is an arrestable offence.

Please could any breaches be reported at the time to the police so they can be acted upon.
